Therapy that honors your story and supports your healing.
Nice to Meet You.
At Therapy with Elysa, I provide a safe and compassionate space for individuals navigating life’s challenges. Whether you’re working through grief, coping with trauma, facing a major life transition, or struggling with anxiety or depression, my goal is to walk alongside you with understanding and support. I believe that healing is possible when we feel heard, valued, and guided with care.
My therapeutic approach combines evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). Each session is tailored to your unique needs, so together we can uncover new perspectives, build healthier coping tools, and create a path toward growth and well-being.
No matter where you are in your journey, you don’t have to face it alone. This is your space for healing, renewal, and hope.
